How do returns/refunds work?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it within 7 days for a full refund. You will need to return the item in its original packaging with tags attached. You are responsible for paying return shipping costs. Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days.

When will my order be shipped?

For most items in stock, orders placed before 2pm local time will ship the next business day. Items that are backordered or require additional processing time will ship within 3-5 business days once the full order is available.

To use this service, fill out our online form with the links to the desired items on Turkish websites. Our local representatives will then purchase the items on your behalf and ship them to the address you provide. This service handles everything from purchasing and payment to international shipping, so you don't have to worry about anything other than receiving your items.
